What we collect
When you use our intake forms, assessment, tools, or booking pages, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, immigration history, and the details of your situation. We also record the page the enquiry came from, the time you gave consent, and campaign parameters (UTM) when you arrive from an ad or link.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the consulting services you request
- To manage bookings, files, and communication through our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel), processed on our behalf
- To send immigration updates you have consented to receive — you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us
- To meet our professional record-keeping obligations as a regulated consultancy
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, buttons clicked). Analytics only activates after you accept the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details and how to withdraw consent.
Retention and protection
Client file information is retained for at least six years to meet regulatory obligations, then securely destroyed. Enquiries that do not become client files are retained for up to two years. We never sell your information, and we share it only with processors necessary to deliver our services.
Your rights (PIPEDA)
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time
- Ask how your information has been used or disclosed
